Account Deletion / Data Requests
You can delete your account and all associated data using either method below.
Option A: Delete Inside the App
Delete your account directly from within the SpendSnap app:
- Open the SpendSnap app
- Go to Settings
- Click "Delete My Account and expense data"
- Confirm the deletion
What happens:
Your data is erased instantly when deletion is done inside the app.
Option B: Email Request
Request account deletion via email:
- Send an email to plushappsstore@gmail.com
- Use the email address associated with your SpendSnap account
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Confirm that you want to delete your account and all data
What happens:
If deletion is requested by email, we erase data within 3 days of receiving your request.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account email information
- All expense data
- Associated timestamps
- All user-generated content
Note: This action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
