Account Deletion / Data Requests

You can delete your account and all associated data using either method below.

Option A: Delete Inside the App

Delete your account directly from within the SpendSnap app:

  1. Open the SpendSnap app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click "Delete My Account and expense data"
  4. Confirm the deletion

What happens:

Your data is erased instantly when deletion is done inside the app.

Option B: Email Request

Request account deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to plushappsstore@gmail.com
  2. Use the email address associated with your SpendSnap account
  3. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  4. Confirm that you want to delete your account and all data

What happens:

If deletion is requested by email, we erase data within 3 days of receiving your request.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Account email information
  • All expense data
  • Associated timestamps
  • All user-generated content

Note: This action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
